Hi Carson,
Much appreciate the comment.
It's been an educational 62 days so far and I have just arrived in Japan on my current leg. Yet to travel across the Pacific, so pop back and see how I am getting on.

Thank you Lin,
Much of what I found on the airline was dated pre-2008, apart from current schedules and some blog travelogs, which is where my experience was formed. There is a particular draw to one aircraft type, it has to be said. In order to add a little balance to the issue, I suggest readers take a look at the following reviews on SkyTrax: The world's largest airline review site.
<a href="http://www.airlinequality.com/Forum/lao.htm" title="Loas airline reviews on SkyTrax" target="_blank" rel="nofollow">Loas airline reviews on SkyTrax</a>

Laos airlines has become of the best service and safety in that region now. It had some problem in the past over 12 years ago but not now. When compare to other Airlines around the world Laos airlines is not as bad as some people think.

I am impressed with your determination. Good Luck. I agree that it could be done. In my experience, working with Google Maps has been good. It sounds like you've got all the important stuff covered. I'll check in on your from time to time.

Hi Malcolm,
The mountain roads are generally in good condition, and the Indian Government built most of the Nepalese ones, but the video was such a great example of when they are not, I have to share it.

Not sure I would enjoy driving my camper up that hill. At least with you having a left hand drive, you can see the drop.
