Be prepared!

Just planning the first stage of my world tour. I guess that I can achieve about 300 miles a day if I was going for real. Google maps on my iPad can plot by car, bus or walk, but I guess walking is too hard. Even virtually. The Earth is 24,901.55 miles in circumference, so at 300 miles every day or so will take about 83 days.

I will avoid a few places, as I don’t want to be taken hostage or shot. I leave in the morning for Amsterdam, which is a good start. I’ll let you know some interesting things on the way. Wish me luck.

Stage1: Croydon to Amsterdam
